R4 Industries Microsoft Access Database with Autofill Forms,

I need an Access database built for one of my customers where I can take orders on an order sheet and have it calculated in a database and print detailed and summary reports. The database needs to be constructed on access 2007. I will be taking orders from customers using a computer form that has basic data including name serial number, department, a unique number, shirt size, pant size, jacket size, shirt color, pant color, jacket color, shirt style, pant style, jacket style, shirt pant and jacket cost. I need a summary of the individual order and a summary of all the orders for the department that the employee is in. THere will need to be a lookup table that looks at the shirt, pant, jacket etc and return the cost. i need the form to show the price that will be charged to the customer. Several reports will be needed which show the summary of all orders by style and vendor.
