I need a Microsoft Access programmer

A new project, which involves about 4 Tables, 4 Forms and 4 Reports We are a Floral Wholesaler and also make bouquets. In Access we must make a table with all our available Flowers, Fillers, Greens and Miscellaneous items. Also the cost of these products must be included by season. Example in Holiday seasons the flowers are more expensive so the table with these flowers must have 10 columns (1 season per column). The second table is needed to enter the “Recipe” of the Bouquet. So pick and choose from the available flowers, greens, etc. Important to note is, that in the first field the season must be selected, to determine the cost of the flowers. Since there are multiple recipes, we need a table with recipes where we can attach multiple flowers plus a quantity per flower. Sometimes we include 2 or 3 of the same flower in a recipe. Once this information is established, we need a table to enter the quantity we need to make per recipe. So the first field is to select the recipes, then select the Week of the year to enter the quantity to produce ( so maybe create for each week a column, so 53 columns for this table )
