I need a simple form done in Microsoft access where I can track my time. I have about 5 clients that I work remotely for. I want to be able to open the form, choose the client from a drop down and click begin job. (need to be able to add clients) In the job form I need, start_time, end_time, breaks, billable, category and description. The data base would simply have these fields plus client and total_time When I finish the job, i press end and it marks the end time. billable is a drop down Yes/No Category is a drop down that can be added too Description is free text Breaks is a field where I can add time away during the job Field Value is HH:MM Tot time is end time - start time - breaks Field Value is HH:MM I work pass midnight so it has to be able to time difference start 11pm, end 1am Time start and end tracking is YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS Data example is attached.

Along with that it will have a main form which you will use to calculate timing. It will record details session wise and a running timer will appear on your screen to show the current spent time and will have other features as you mentioned.
