App for Android (Search System APP.)

Hello, my name is Ricardo and I'm from Brazil. I have a technology company, and would like to develop an application for Android. Our application is divided into 2 stages namely: 1) The first step, the user would make a login, or if you would register in our application; 2) Once logged into our application, the user could perform searches of his interest in social networks like facebook and twitter about a topic of interest such as a Soccer Team. We would like the users logged in interessente always possessing some topic, the same could use our application to pursue this interest in Facebook, Twitter, My Space, Linkedin and etc.. We wonder if it is possible to create an application with a modern, clean and elegant design? Would like to know how much time would take you to create this application?
