Build a Taxi mobile app to run on both iPhone and Android.

The app is very simple and consists of 2 main screens: Home screen and Taxi screen. On the Home screen, the user is presented with an option to select a city from a pre-defined list of cities. Once selected, a list of taxi companies operating in that city will be presented on the Home screen. The user selects one of the list items and it opens a new screen (called Taxi screen), which shows more details of the taxi company selected from the list in the Home screen, e.g. -company name -phone no. -mobile no. -optionally (address and email). There will be a Back button to return the user to the Home screen. Each of the phone no will be accompanied by 2 icons: phone and/or messaging, depending on the type of the phone no (mobile or landline). Tapping on the phone icon next to the phone no opens the phone's native Dailer app and initiates the phone call. Tapping on the messaging icon next to the phone no opens the phone's native Message app. Tapping on the Menu button on top left corner (available on Home and Taxi screens) slides the current page and reveals the following options: - Language - Feedback -Terms & Conditions - About Selecting Feedback, T&C and About options open their respective showing related info. Selecting Language opens either a new page or a modal dialog asking user to select one of the two languages (English and other local language where the app will be used). Once a language is selected, the app should refresh (immediately or restart) and both the UI text strings and data contents will be in the selected language. The prototype UX of the app is shown in the link: [login to view URL] The data for the apps will be provided in csv files, which can then be imported to a relational DB, such as SQLite. Would accept either 2 separate native apps or a single webapp, but the UI should follow a consistent native app design and usability of each platform. Requirements from Freelance developer: -Demonstrable experience of developing both iPhone and Android apps (i.e. being able to show apps that can be downloaded from the App stores) -Being able to deliver the finished apps within the agreed timeframe -Experience with Rapid Prototyping and Agile development methodologies -Experience with i18n and L10n -Use of agile project management tools, such as Trello -Willingness to deliver source code prior to completion of the project, in order for me to review the code for clarity, commentary, readability and maintainability later on.
