A simple app for ios and android mobs / tablets

Hi, I need a very simple information making making. It will be an app which i want to sell on Apple and Android. It is more like a mobi website, but in app form so that it can be sold via istore and playstore. Example of format: First page / opening page will have 6 or 7 title buttons. The app user can click a title which then leads to a page of information for that title. Example: One title is 'About' - when the app user presses this, it will lead to a page which is 'About us' (similar to webistes). One of the headings will 'Presentation video' this will be a 30/40 minute video clip and audio of a Microsoft power-point presentation which will be embedded into the app. The app maker should design the pages and lay out in a nice fashion. I want this to be an app which I will be selling, so the developer must be able to help me sell the app. Any q's please contact me.
