need pusher.com application

I have a web app, that is a web site, that I need a [login to view URL] app built for. The app will have an admin area where I will input the message I want sent to the users. I want the message to be displayed to the users of the site. I need this done with javascript. Since the site is a mobile site, I would like it to display as a regular push notification. If there is a way to add offline capabilities, I would like to have that feature also. The site/web app is found at [login to view URL], and is best viewed on a mobile phone.
