Simple universal iOS app involving video

I am looking for a highly-qualified, hard-working developer who would like to be part of a long term team. Must have great communication skills, i.e. respond to messages quickly and know English well. The better and faster the communication, the faster we can move on to other projects ;) This project involves two screens and I would ideally like it to be universal. I have all of the content and graphics already, I just need a developer to put it all together and make it functional. It involves: - Main screen: two videos that are synchronized with each other. When the user manipulates one video (pause, fast forward, etc.) the other responds accordingly. These two videos must always be offset by 6 seconds, meaning if video 1 is at 2 seconds, then video 2 must be at 8 seconds, etc. - Info screen: just a compilation of images and text.
