Windows Phone Live Streaming Radio app

I want to have an windows phone app (7 and 8.1 compatible) for live radio streaming that can support MP3 and AAC+ streaming source form shoutcast or icecast. The app must have scrool menu with 5 page. I need to have the first page that include the player of web radio with the metadata that come out from the streaming and the cover art search by itunes or lastfm. Other 3 scroll menu or page for link facebook twitter web site The Fifth menu with contact page and possibility to send sms mail and call from the app. I need to have the source code of app as i can modify alone with visual studio express 2012 and one config file to put inside the data of app. An example of what i need is this app: [login to view URL] but in this app missing cover art and metadata.
