Android Developer | Android application

I am looking for a Mobile Application Developer who will be responsible for the development and deployment of a mobile app. I have an prototye and the design already created. It's a mobile app that tracks the time spent by the users on their phones and provides daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reports.
