Create an Android and iOS Front-End Application

Greetings, My name is Cristian, and together with my team we have have created a company, which created smart-plugs designed to be controller wirelessly using mobile devices. The functionalities of our products are already finished, and we have worked on PoC apps so far. We need to convert these ugly apps into good looking, smooth and flat designed apps which is why we are requesting your help. As previously mentioned, the backend of the apps is completely finished, the graphical resources and images are also finished and provided, and we only request an Android and iOS app which, based on some info we will provide, will contain all the buttons and layers for the end user to interact with. Just as a short description: - We need simple apps with small swipe transitions between screens/activities. - We have screens which contain lists of items which need to be programmatically placed in there. Also some buttons take you to previous screens. - There are a total of 7 screens which contain tutorial images, 1 main screen containing 4 tabs, each tab has a list of items and some options to add/delete items. That's it, simple apps, and the long description is provided as an attachment. By the way, to make sure things go smoothly, I also added a requirements list, which should not be hard to meet since they only state us getting feedback and sending bug reports.
