Creating a mobile videogame

I've had an idea for an android videogame for a while but I'm not good with computers so I won't be able to make it. I want the game to be like shuffle board but instead of using a disk I want it to be a penguin who will be sliding on ice. I have 2 modes for the game, I haven't decided which one to focus more on so I'd like to make them both. The first one is more of a mini game and it's basically a normal game of shuffleboard but using a penguin and the other one is one where you'll be slidding down a path while trying to dodge cracks in the ice and enemies also I want it to be a little bit difficult to control the penguin since as you try to drag him with the stylus to the lane you want to go. I got the idea after playing twilight princess and during one of the levels I noticed Link was hard to control while he was slipping on the ice but at the same time it was kind of fun and a challenging to get him to where you wanted him to go while he was slipping on the ice.
