Mobie Application - Inventory App

BACKGROUND INFORMATION: We need a APP inventory system to record Inventory Assets for different devices such as a Computer Monitor, Desktop PC, Laptops, Printers, etc. For example, we would have (6) employees, each with an active mobile phone with this App on it. Each employee would use this phone to go to different offices, and take inventory of various devices. The user would use this phone to either manually type in the Data, or the App should launch the camera to scan a barcode or QR Code. Each device typically will have a Make and Model, but most important is the “ASSET TAG NUMBER” and “SERIAL NUMBER” data. (e.g. HP Pavilion 6500 Laptop, Asset# 243324, Serial# A53243259849832) There are many different locations that the devices are located, and some locations have multiple Floors in the building. This app would need the ability to launch the Mobile Phone Camera to Scan a Barcode or QR Code. I would ideally like to have this app the ability to write to a MySQL DB, and at the same time, save the same data on the phone device itself (as a CSV file). When the user is done with doing inventory for a certain location, he/she can close this DB file, and go to the next location and create a new DB file. See the attached File below (Attached)
