Mobile development

I need a plugin writing that can be integrated in to Buildfire platform. Plugin will need to be like an events plugin but with custom fields and additional features that will work on mobile and web platforms. I need to integrate 3rd party services such as SMS. User Interface would need functionality in another plugin that allows them to choose their preferred method of contact depending on categories they subscribe to. The options are to be notified via SMS, Push or Email when the form event is submitted. Future more an additional plugin would be required to pull Manual events from each event category and display in one feed on the home page. Last but not least but unsure about this one until i seek further advice would be admin plugin to allow me assignment of authors to post to the categories so some kind of hook for access rights or similar to allow this. But may also need a revamp of how they access the form And what fields are required. Questions I need to know is if bulk SMS and email from 3rd parties can be added and if all SMS, Push and email can simutaniously be dispatched based on user settings and geo-fencing. Please advise if This is possible in your request for the project with an understanding of how You would create this functionality so i have an idea of who is following my requirements. Thanks Chris
