Hi! I am a software developer with 3+ years of working experience. I have been working with Image Processing since my Undergraduate thesis. and lately have projects with Android using Xamarin. For you project, the entries (name, reg no) will be easily identified using text recognizer, on the database part will be easy since it will just record result from app. We will be using Restful Web API to store data from android to database. Hopefully we can have an in depth discussion about this project and honestly I am quite excited with these kinds of topics, hope we chat again soon.
