Paint App for Android & iOS

Description An iOS app that provides editing possibilities for a user selected image. Features Image selection from Camera Roll - the user picks an image from its device Camera Roll. The image becomes available in the app, enabling editing possibilities. Draw on image - as the user swipes its finger across the screen, a colored line appears over the image, following the path described by the moving finger. Brush size selection and opacity - the user will be able to select the width of the drawing line and set the opacity level. Color selection - the user will be able to select a specific color for the drawing line Color Picker - the user will be able to select a specific pixel from the screen. That pixel’s color will become the drawing line’s color. Blur specific parts of an image - a selected, rectangular, portion of the image may be pixelated in order to hide the contents of the picture Zone selection - the user will be able to draw a dotted-lined, clear rectangle in order to select an area of the picture. He can draw it again, upon inspection, if unsatisfied with the solution. Blurring - upon tapping a button, the selected zone gets pixelated. Option for the user to set the Pixelation intensity level. Clear edits - the user will be able to restore the picture to its original state. Save - the user may save his edits to camera roll. Notes: 1. I wish to know if it will be pricier when the image that the user selects gets automatically resized to fit on the screen or cheaper in the case of a high resolution image, where the user would have to drag across the screen/picture in order draw on it where he wants to. 2. Visual design should be simple, attached the sketch of the app, some buttons are missing though. I'll provide the icons if needed (will use free icons from the internet)
