Pharmacy Data Analyst

Primary Functions: 01. Collaborate across multiple teams to understand business needs, analyze complex data, and clearly communicate recommendations 02. Under general direction, perform complex research and analysis of healthcare claims, enrollment, rebate data and other related data. 03. Ability to engage with external and internal customers to articulate data in a meaningful way using SQL, SAS, and Tableau. 04. Collaborate with data engineers to produce Tableau Server reporting for internal and external clients. 05. Provide market research of pharmaceutical utilization trends and innovative ways to increase clinical efficacy to address trend in conjunction with the Manager of Pharmacy Analytics. 06. Occasionally, reprice pharmaceutical programs using third party vendor data. 07. Write and maintain documentation related to reports and projects. 08. Participate in and occasionally facilitate work groups and committees. May provide a limited amount of project management. 09. Collaborate with other members of the various analytics teams to expand analytical capabilities, methods, and toolkits. 10. Provide guidance and expertise to less experienced analysts. 11. Perform other Duties as assigned
