Hi guys, I am looking for an expert to build an app with ads monetization. The app must be develop in native code for iOS and Android mobile devices. We will provide the PSD mockup design for website and app. YOU WILL MAKE IT FROM SCRATCH NO WE DON'T PROVIDE WEBSERVICES These are the features the admin back-end website it should have: The back-end features for admin 1. Admin create managers that can access to everything except to delete/edit/create the main admin or create another managers. 2. Delete/edit/block user account 3. Able to update facebook APIs 4. Able to update Terms & Conditions page 5. Able to update the logo 6. Manage/update SDK key and integration code for display ads. Also able to rotate the ads in the app slots 7. Send push notification to users 8. Able to update paypal email from admin and price for remove ads 9. See report by user (# receipts added per day/week/month/year, how active is the user, coins earned and payouts) also see the payout request with checks. 10. Able to mark as paid the payout made it by check and also remove and add coins to users 11. Able to assign and update the value per coin 12. Able to assign and update the formula that how user earn the coins in the roulette and also program the roulette to double the points in specific times. 13. Option for admin get notified about the receipt info filled manually, so admin can reviewed and compare with the picture taken, with the option to reject and remove the coins generated. 14. Export reports to Excel App: 1. Login/register with Facebook/email 2. Take picture with camera phone to receipts and read text using OCR Test scanner 3. Have a roulette to spin to user earn coins 4. Redeem coins and make a payout with Paypal automatically or request a check. 5. storage the receipts by category and have the option to export reports to excel 6. Integrate the app with Appnext, Smaato, ubercpm, [login to view URL] and admob if you have a better monetization system or company open to recommendation.
