The application should be a C# Xamarin app that is compatible with iOS and Android phones and tablets. The app must adhere to iOS/Apple and Android/Google specific design guidelines, environment capabilities and/or restrictions. The app must support iOS 7 and newer and Android API level 19 and newer. Functionality • The application will provide the end user with a way to search the Ettersøkt database for stolen/lost objects. • Must show “spinner” / wait screen wile loading data from server • Show details of selected stolen object • Send an email with the object details to a predefined email address. • Show an info page • Must scale well to all sceen sizes The application will need to connect to the Ettersøkt webservice to search the database. The web service is a REST service returning JSON objects. The application must support localizing of all labels/hardcoded text. C# code to get data from the web service will be provided. See attachement for more details and mockups.

Hi, I have read the project description and I see that you want to build a cross platform app in xamarin as we have expertise in the platform with xamarin forms as well as native app on xamarin so I am eager to work with you on this project if given a chance. I have been a freelance windows, web & mobile developer for 10+ years. As you mentioned in the document You have already exposed and rest based service to search stolen objects. So UI will be common for both ios and android and we will use resource files to support localisation. In case of internet is not available we can also maintain some local database and sync when online. We can discuss more about this. Our team already working with VS 2015 for Universal apps, xamarin and other window based apps. So it will be quite good for us to work on this project.
