As much as I understood from the brief and attached image I believe we should use native technology for ANDROID and iOS platforms instead of Cross Platform technology to make the apps very very fast and fluid in navigation with clean UI. It sounds like Ionic would be a good fit for your app so that you could then easily put out a version for Android, iOS and Windows devices. In one line if I have to explain the project this is what we have understood. ========================================================= We need to create an app both for android & ios for a group management. Application would be connected to Facebook . Application would gather information about users from facebook and then basis on the same user group can be created. User can also be included from mobile phone also. There would be tasks created for the group users .
