if you will use some open source software or create a new project,i'm familiar with the ffmepg project ,it can convert the RTMP Steaming to m3u8 after some changed by me, if you want use some other way I think the business software WOWZA is a good choice.

Dear Sir/Madam, I'm an expert in live video streaming using RTMP and HLS. I'm familiar with Wowza media server and FMS. I also able to use open source tools such as ffmpeg to process the stream.
