I need someone who knows their way around WordPress development to perform various tweaks on various plugins for me. That is, people can only respond to the ads posted if they meet a certain criteria. The criteria is having/exceeding a certain balance in their crypto currency wallets. For example, you can only answer this advert if you have 100 coins in your wallet. The Coin will be a custom asset in the waves protocol blockchain.
