Hi, Scope of work is clear to me and reviewed attached page designs as well. I would suggest custom HTML/CSS design instead of theme and custom framework is the best for website speedy download, SEO and performance instead of WordPress as it heavy and new feature integration via plugin is conflicting and for multiple task like google analytics, SEO service, invoicing we have to use plugins and many more that make it little bit heavy. I offer better UI/tech stack with in same price. Thanks:)
