Hello, Hope you are doing well! I looked into the attached execution plan. It's nice that you attached it here. It's very helpful. Observations: #1. The table SyncJobRetailDetails is getting a hit on performance and bottleneck of this query. #2. Two (2) clustered index scan on that table are summed up to 80% of execution time. #3. Look at the warnings at the bottom left corner. I can't see the query in the screenshot but can confidently say that the ERPRowId column is not INT. #4. It's causing CONVERT_IMPLICIT and even if an index exists on that column it will make it useless and optimizer will pick SCAN option over SEEK. Suggestions: #1. Rewrite the query to avoid CONVERT_IMPLICIT task in execution plan. I can help you with that. #2. If ERPRowId is query predicate, adding an index on it will help. #3. It's a small table (26K records). It can live without index subject to business criticality of this query.
