Code a NLG Program for me

I have a 4 years work experience in NLP and machine learning where I worked in 3 different companies where 2 are product based companies and currently working with EY in Research and Development Field I have a 2 years academic experience on Data Science which includes real world projects related to NLP and Machine Learning . I graduated from the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering (more into optimisation, Mathematics and statistics ) from IIT Kharagpur(one of the premier institute in India) with Dual Degree in 2016.
