I need someone to develop a .Net application with C# that would be able to read and write Microsoft Project 2003/2007/2010 files in xml format. I don't want to use any third party controls or libraries to achieve this. It would be easier for somebody having some experience working with Microsoft Project. Only capable persons are requested to bid and send a short description of why or how they can do it.
