Job Scraping Software Developed and integrated into existing job board

I have a database of all the schools in the UK I would want to Import the schools information from this database into the existing WorkinSchools’ schools database to pre-populate WorkinSchools with a profile for every UK school. the current schools profiles look like this [login to view URL] 2 Integrate scraping software into WorkinSchools to scrape the jobs adverts from schools websites that have opted in providing the page Url where the jobs are posted and replicate schools jobs on their profiles and in the jobs search on WorkinSchools. Scraping would have to match as many of the job fields as possible we have the xml feed for broadbean which may be of use. 3 Scraping could take place every night at 12pm so jobs that the schools have added to their website are scraped to WorkinSchools and live within 24hrs. 4 We would need a control in the back end a list of schools so we can switch on and off scraping and input the URL to scrape depending on whether they have paid. 5 Change pricing of schools profile throughout the website including PDF invoices etc. 6 Change the invoicing system to auto renew 7 I understand scraping is not an exact science so we may need a job approval system whereby I could check/approve new scraped jobs to match up fields correctly for jobs going live in the morning or on sign up an individual calibration for each school to make sure scraping works and all fields match the latter probably makes more sense. 8 I would also want this facility available to recruitment agencies as well. 9 Problems occur when jobs on schools sites don’t have closing dates (most do) but we could build it so if the scrape reveals no jobs then jobs are taken off or have an auto expire after 30 days if the jobs doesn’t have a closing date. 10 Any other suggestions you can think of? We have an existing xml feed for jobs if this helps So basically if a school or agency is signed up and they have a job on their own website, it’s on our WorkinSchools within 24hrs without them doing anything.
