We need a site to be written in .NET which can assemble various RSS and ATOM feeds. The following features are required: 1. Admin console to manage RSS/Atom feeds 2. Smart categorization of RSS feed content (into configurable categories) 3. Ranking of RSS articles by popularity (which links were clicked most) Other usual pieces of work like art work, some graphics etc. should also be included in the quote. The code should be clear and well written. Manageability of code should be high.
