USB SMS Device

I want a USB device to send SMS using GSM sim card to send SMS to different mobile no’s in the world. I will purchase a tri-band supporting service provider in India to send SMS. Now, what I want is an interface by which I can select any no of mobiles from my outlook address book or a custom interface in which I can add all my customers contact details.
