I need a PDF generated by the website and then downloaded by the user. It needs to be extreamly close to the attached work doc in terms of formatting

Unfortunately I can't attach the files and the libraries due to the file size restrictions. I will attach the libraries when a bid is accepted. We need our application added to the work history site to be printed with the highlighted fields pre-filled. The document needs to look and feel the same way as it currently does. It is critical that all fields are copy and pasted from the document. 1. Add a button to the admin area to generate the PDF (same behavior as the other print buttons have) 2. Note that for the job fields there should not be any blank Employer boxes. If there are more jobs than on the current application then add the extra jobs. If there are fewer jobs than on the current application then remove the extra jobs from the PDF. 3. Note that on the job fields the question about “Were you ever disciplined? If so, for what?” does not get filled in. 4. The Employer number gets incremented even though on the document it keeps getting reset to 1 (this is a change). The language is critical that it be correct. Please make sure that you copy and pase everything from the attached word document to the code generating the PDF. The highlighting should not be on the PDF. The PDF will need to be very close to the original word document in terms of look and feel.
