Need a Senior React developer with AWS experience

We need a senior React developer to develop the interface of the system we're working on. AWS experience is a must. Big plus if you have Node.js and Javascript experience. We have a full spec that we can send but the freelancer will need to develop the interface - which is the image attached: so drag and drop they will do, and also to auto update the number sequencing method (will require a bit more detailing explaining once onboarded) auto updates when being dragged and dropped. also the revision date with person who did each revisions & allocating the "owner" of each row so that people can ask them questions on that line item area. The colours, logo and system name will all be editable in the manager settings to create too. It can be hourly part time/full time position or fixed rate until it's done (We're flexible)
