Se requiere desarrollar un módulo de OCR (Optical Character Recognition) para la extracción de los datos del documento de identificación nacional. La idea es que éste sea montado como servicio, es decir que lo podamos ofrecer para el consumo de nuestros clientes a través de un endpoint en nuestra API y para el consumo de nuestra aplicación interna también. De igual manera es necesario tener en cuenta que queremos que sea un servicio propio sin el uso de terceros o que si se requiere el uso de recursos externos estos sean Open Source, ya que deseamos tener total autonomía en el ofrecimiento de este servicio. IMPORTANTE TENER EN CUENTA: - Nuestra API está desarrollada en NodeJS, con lo que es necesario que este servicio sea compatible con esta tecnología, no nos interesa en que tecnología lo desee desarrollar el programador, pero al final debe quedar montada en un endpoint que pueda ser consumido a través de nuestra API. - El servicio debe poder extraer la información en situaciones lo más extremas posibles, es decir, que haya la menor fricción posible entre la imagen tomada y el resultado final, tenemos varios ejemplos para poder probar. TENER EN CUENTA ANTES DE MANDAR CUALQUIER PROPUESTA: Si el resultado obtenido no es satisfactorio no se liberarán los fondos. En este caso hacemos esta salvedad desde el inicio: por más que el profesional que esté interesado haya gastado tiempo en el desarrollo, SI NO LOGRA EL OBJETIVO PRINCIPAL DE EXTRAER LOS DATOS DEL DOCUMENTO DE MANERA SATISFACTORIA Y EN LAS CONDICIONES ENTREGADAS NO SE LIBERARÁ EL PAGO. Sólo se liberará el total del pago al final cuando se haga la comprobación de los resultados, ningún porcentaje será liberado a la mitad del desarrollo. Por favor tener en cuenta esto y, si está de acuerdo, ahí si realizar la propuesta comercial.
