I have already participated in a similar project and have alot to say about this in my bid. Firstly, I have access to all the phones listed and I can complete the task myself very easily. However, the 2 problems we kept running into last time, when recruiting people for this project, is that the payment was too low. We paid $25 usd an hour, just isn't enough to entice people to do a job like this. Norwegians are a sceptical people, and AI recordings rings their alarm bells. We spent thousands in advertising, fliers and ads on multiple social media platforms, but still had massive problems recruiting people. The solution, is to let them repeat the job for many hours and not limit it to such a small task. it's too much of a hassle for them to be bothered. Raising the payment. For obvious reasons, but mostly because $25 is already minimum wage here, so people don't want to do it for such a low pay. Using your voice is scary to many people. in fact, 50% of the people we asked, said they were not comfortable using their voice, regardless of pay. If you award me this task, I require $25 usd per hour, or we agree on a total price for the whole task. however you are responsible for paying the people I get to do the job, or it will have to be calculated into the budget. I suggest paying more and offering longer work tasks, or not limit it to 1 hour work, but let them work as much as they want. Thank you for your consideration
