82150 Page and download counter

I need a counter script, which counts the number of total page hits, unique page hits and downloads. I also need to be able to use it over more than one site - ie. Counter 1 - [login to view URL] Counter 2 - [login to view URL] ... Counter 10 - [login to view URL] I need to allow people to access their stats for their particular counter with an ID and password. Ideally, I'd like to give people some of the facilities on a site such as [login to view URL] - ie. referring page, browser type, search engine & keyword etc.
