simple sendmail script

Hi, I need a simple sendmail programm by using cgi/perl. It must read from a database the information and send a pre-formatted letter to a user. The database is like this: ordernr|email|value1|value2|naam The database is a flat-txt-file. I know it is simple but I have not the time to make it. It is a part of a project. The script starts by using another program and ends to a standard end-page (wich I already have). For someone who knows from programming it is only one hour work. Normal our own programmer made it but she is on holiday. No advice for MySQL needed, just read out that flatfile and send a mail to that email address. Thanks for your time.
