ajax/PHP dev assistance

I'm currently writing a cms and student management system for a client but running behind due to other work so I need someone to do help out. I need the media management section of the cms writing with the ability to add, browse and search, needs to take audio/video/picture objects and store them in the filesystem with a pointer record in the database to hold the owning user and the image title text. As this is a multi user, multi site system users should be able to see any objects within their site and any others marked as global objects, but not be able to see/edit/remove any belonging to other sites. The database table already exists to hold the data as does the general cms layout, so this is very specifically just that i need. I'd also like to use ajax to make the interface flow better when navigating through folders and previewing objects. If this is done well, I'll have more for the right candidate, though work will still be done via this site. My deadline is this friday, so if you need to keep dipping in and out of your php and javascript books, then this probably isn't for you. Thanks.
