Convert website to Joomla AND code a plugin

I need a website in Joomla with a custom plugin. It should be an exact copy of an existing old website (made in .Net). You will be informed of where you can access the old site when chosen for the job. You need to set up everything - templates/sections/content types and so on, so the website will be easy to edit and expand. You need to set up the actual website ON a live server. (Not your own server. Our server). The template/setup must be user friendly to work on, e.g. it must be easy to setup new “sub menus” (including level 3 submenus with pictures as described in the documentation PDF below). The plugin needed is a kind of slide show, but with steady/still procures (no transitions) which is used to show a product catalogue. It must have the ability to show colors/variants of each products. The variants can be clicked and then be shown. There is a descriptive text for each product/picture. It must be very user friendly to use/edit. See more in the PDF below. You will need to make sure that the website looks as it should in Internet Explorer 7, 8, 9 and all modern versions of Safari, Chrome and Firefox. The actual website/front end is in Danish by default. You need to setup an English version on another domain - but that can just be a separate installation if that is easier/faster. You need to set up the entire navigation structure, but NOT ALL the content and all the products. But of course tests should be made, so you should set up some content to make sure everything works as it should. You should make sure that you tests things thoroughly. Payment: There will be no upfront payment. There will be 1 milestole: setting up the basic website /template. This is the smaller part of the job. The rest of the payment will also be made when the plugin is working as it should and everything is 100% completed. The admin must be available in Danish language.
