Advance affiliate reporting web application

ASP CLASSIC / MSSQL 2000 I need to develop an agent area for my site as soon as possible. This is similar to an affiliate tracking management back-end however there are a lot more options. . I have sample sources from a few other active sites, in .asp format with stored procedures. Of course our database is up and running for main players or users. Just need advanced options by grouping.
