Download PDB file from internet to palm thru GPRS connexion

_**Context of the project **_We have an Intranet with users managing their PIM information (=todo list / datebook / contacts). We need to be able to give users the ability to receive this information on their PALM, thru a GPRS/Bluetooth connexion. _**What we need**_ We need a small program that runs on the PALM (Tungsten T3), and presents an icon that, when clicked, goes on our server (thru the GPRS/Bluetooth connexion), grab the files (ToDoDB, DateBookDB, AdressBookDB) and put them in the palm memory in place of the currents PALM files). This program must be able to deal with a couple of external parameters (URL of the Intranet, userid, password) and select the proper file on the server, named after the userid (exemple user paulsmith will grap [login to view URL] files, etc.). The process has to be done directly between the palm and the web server via this GPRS/Bluetooth connexion. **NO DESKTOP NEITHER HOTSYNC INVOLVED**. The project can be proposed to us as a full developpement or as an integration of an allready existing tool (such as onebridge, intellisync but in cheapest, these tools are too expensive). The price of the tool will be then deducted from the price of the developement **_Prerequesites_** Bids from coders with no previous experiences in this field, no rentacoder ratings, or no palm pilot to properly test their work will not be considered. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
