This is web site that needs to be developed for a real estate broker who will have other brokers work for him nationwide. This site will basically have two components. First component to have agents sign up and get their FREE web site from broker as sign up agent for him. Second purpose is to have agents interact with the end client(buyer) for properties in market. Broker already have a website and would use the data from the same to create this new website. High level over view of functionalities needed: a) Broker site through which agent can become member b) Once agent become member his new website is created automatically form the sub domain requested by agent. c) Agent be able to choose from 6 different skins for the site. d) There would be support ticketing system needed on the Brokers site. e) Agent site as well as broker site will have their own CMS drive admin panel. Detail of functionalities Broker web site will have the following pages and functionalities: 1. LANDING PAGE a) Lead Capture – free report for first name and email address o First Name o Email Address o Captcha Marketing copy - list of features and benefits • Click through to SIGN UP PAGE • Privacy Statement This page forwards email and first name to an auto-responder 2. SIGN UP PAGE • Display and agree to terms • Choose User Name - Iterate on this page until user select a unique user name (must be UNIX friendly) Forget password and pass word retrieval links. Delivers message with program contact info, admin link and temporary password to get into Agent Admin page 3. Agent ADMIN PAGE With CMS ability • User name and password to access • Upload photo (specific size requirement – proportionally sized to fit – PNG or GIF for transparency) • Edit contact info • Upload logo (specific size requirement – proportionally sized to fit – PNG or GIF for transparency) • Select traditional real estate company template – select from a list of 6 templates. • Sub Domain – that they want to use. • View samples and change skin • Invite other New Agent • Bio Page • Links Page - Ticket system for technical issues on site or for requesting new features on site. 4. There will be a super admin page as well that Broker will be super admin.
