Website Design - Urgent

This is an urgent project. I need completion within a few days. I am currently in need of a small project site design. This is for a dedicated server company. I don't need a ton of flash graphics but what I do want is a very clean layout. There is already a MySQL/PHP system in place for me to enter and display the servers, but there is no design to put it in. I don't want to step on anyone's toes, but I've looked through hundreds of people's posts at what they consider good work, and frankly 90% of what I see appears sloppy, and unfinished. I don't want anything like that. If you feel you're the other 10% I'd like to see your work. This is a small site, but a great test bed. I have no less than 5 other sites I need designed right now, whoever is chosen and does a good job on this will be asked to work on the others. I don't want to have to keep coming back and posting new projects and weed through those sites again. Please understand, I'm not being confrontational here, but I want a good job, not a fast sloppy one which is what I keep seeing. This could be considered an application for work because I constantly have other sites that need designed.
