Web Design and Smarty Template Skills Needed

We need someone expert with Smarty Templates and NOT one who will just pretend to have the knowledge of Smarty Template Engine and mess up my website. This project is for the complete web redesign of ehandshakes.com. The script is bought from [login to view URL] and is based on Smarty Templates. The site approximately has 100 pages. This project is for 1. Redesign of all pages using Smarty Template Engine in the admin panel. The site is running on a default theme so a new website theme must be created. 2. Insertion of Google Adsense code in pages. 3. Design of html system emails that the system sends out to members. This project must be completed in 2 weeks. PLEASE DO NOT BID if you are not qualified.
