RPG project

Hi, i'm looking to created a small game, with only one stage. I need to be able to had more stage, as i will had more stuff to the game futher on depending on the result of this first stage. I will give you a link to a downloadable file of 5 meg, it will show you how i would like to interact with PNJ, tell you the way of moving ect. With that you should understand the logic of what i'm asking. If you have a team of designer i might use your service for some design. I would like the information of the player to be store into a DB, because i want to have some store where you could bought stuff equipement. I also want a certain point to be able to see some flash file. Will provide more details to you if you ask for it. I will also anwsered all your question.
