Need web developer for short ecommerce and video project

Hello, We have a 2-3 page website and need the following items: 60 second video to be hosted on website home page, with an arrow play button overlay (user needs to click on play the video). We already have a shell page designed, we need a coder to program the appropriate assets into the desired place on this new home page We need to implement some kind of ecommerce solution that will allow the user to purchase a video download from our web server. We would prefer to set up a solution on where the prospective customer can download the video from server. This can only be made possible after purchasing the video. We want the user to only have a 1 download option The coder needs to be familiar with google adwords tracking, and be able to setup the adwords pixel for successful video purchases that are made on this website. We are open to creative ideas, or general best practices. Please provide recommendations in initial bid request. thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
