New wxWidgets control C++ implementation - wxScrolledWindow replacement: This is a very simple project for a programmer who knows what they are doing This control should be functionally equivalent to wxScrolledWindow except it should scroll content with or without scrollbar. In its default behavior it should act the same as wxScrolledWindow, but when no ( either vertical or horizontal or both ) scrollbar is present it should also allow the window's content to be scrolled by external buttons or alternative/external scrolls bars. We need this new control because wxScrolledWindow doesn't allow scrolling the window's content when the scrollbar is not enabled (visible). This new control should make that possible. The new control should be cross platform (portable) The control interface should be the same as wxScrolledWindow so that we can easily replace it in existing code Under windows it should compile with the Borland C++ compiler version 6.0 Please note: a simple hack that results in a flickering scroll bar being visible while the content is being scrolled is not acceptable Your bid includes testing and 100% debugging ## Deliverables Conditions: Work for hire - We will be the sole owner of the program, source code and other deliverables All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
