Classifieds

I need a programmer very familiar with Drupal and PHP, and any other language to do projects that won't fit within the confines of Drupal, to replace my current programmer who has grown aloof and unattentive with current projects. This will be on a trial basis...you do the work as needed, timely email responses and exchanges with me, complete transparency on what was done to accomplish requested tasks, and decent pricing. My current project, generally speaking, is as follows: My website is www.thecoloradohunter.com. I want a new menu item: Classifieds. This is for Users who want to sell/buy outdoors or outdoors-related possessions ... similar to Craig's List. The current programmer has been piddling on this for several months. Classifieds was created as another Forum because the current Drupal forums work well for threaded discussions, so it would seem to do likewise for Classifieds. However, here's some items that seem to pose a problem and therefore it may need to be linked and created outside the Drupal format. 1. Visitors can view anything. 2. If any item is clicked, User gets popup saying they must agree to Terms and get added to the Classifieds Permissions. 3. Users may post item(s), initial column entries (data to be captured) will include (a) name of post, (b) time frame, (c) cost, (d) renewal option, and other options as needed. A table below all posts will show the User's personal posts. 4. For Admin, a table will show all posts with prior info plus (a) UserName (b) delete button, (c) days remaining, etc. I need the input to be captured because I will eventually need to tie everything in with a paypal account or other payment system, so it needs to have that flexibility. Again, this is just a general overview.
