additions to qb45 program

The program is an existing lottery program written in qb45 the program produces and stores betting information, lucky dip and preselected bets that are printed onto a ticket via a thermal printer, or similar, POS asci characters used. The option i wish to add is the ability to duplicate the last bet. I.E. 1/2/3. if this was the bet and the customer wished to have the bet multiplyed 10 times the way i envisaged the addition to work E.G. 1/2/3 using the * key then followed by the number that the customer wishes to multply by, say 6 then to confirm the bet by pressing either the enter key or a similar chosen key to complete the job. also want the program checked for a small bug in which the program crashes when entering data from the numerical keypad. other details will be given to the selected programmers at the time ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
