Adobe Reader Extensions Tool

Hello, I need Adobe Reader Extension capabilities. I need to be able to add a button to an Adobe LiveCycle form and be able to submit the entire PDF form with data without the full version of Adobe. I am told I need Adobe Reader extensions to change permissions on file to do this. I need a tool or something that changes permission like Adobe Reader extensions so I can do things like submit entire PDF, save PDF with data and use webservices and sign PDF. Adobe Reader extensions is required. Adobe has a product called Adobe Reader Extensions. ? Once Adobe Reader Extensions is run on the PDF file it enables permissions that allow you to Submit a PDF form with a submit button and user webservices. ? I need this. ? Adobe Professional only enables certain rights in Adobe Reader Extensions but not all of them like using Web Servcies and Submitting PDF with submit button.
