Day to Day web site changes

we have an online multi-media business magazine for women. We publish about 7 new articles every 2 weeks. We need assistance in getting the articles on the site, adding new partner pages as we add content partners, providing basic maintenance on pages on the site as changes are required. This requires someone with html and Dreamweaver experience, ability to use templates and do some basic photoshop work. We will also seek assistance in setting up our online store, and will likely want assistance in maintaining our member program when it is launched this fall. We will also require testing and quality assurance to ensure a very high quality experience for our readers. The workload will likely increase for someone who is reliable and cost-effective. We would like to establish an ongoing relationship. Since this is an ongoing project, the standard bid approach doesn't work well. We intend to pay no more than $6/hour. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform we have a dedicated Linux server. The site is built with Dreamweaver. We expect to add Joomla to manage our membership program.
