Pocket Pc application

I need an application for a PocketPC device, for the 2003 version, but also backwards compatable to older PocketPC devices as well. Plus, a small application that will generate a unique key for the above application. The main application will be available for download on the net, but will only work for 30 days. Unless someone sends me a unique code generated on their device, and I send them a unique code to unlock the device. The application is one that sets the volume (mute, vibrate, or the actual volume) and the bluetooth settings as the used directs in the application options. i.e. if the user sets vibrate on all of the time, the application will sense if the device is turned off of vibrate and re-set it back to vibrate. For volume, there should be 3 settings, On, Vibrate, Mute Same goes for Bluetooth. On or Off Also, there will be a checkbox that, when checked, will force the device to continually attempt to connect to a PC for activesynch (via bluetooth). Currently, PocketPC turns off activesynch when you loose the range of the Bluetooth connection, and you have to manually re-connect. The re-connection would be automatic. Any type of installer needed would be need to be included. If any of this is unclear, I can explain better, but it's a pretty simple application. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4)The above conditions are for 2 applications, 1-The main application that the user would download for a limited trial, then receive a registration code to unlock it. Each device should have a unique code. 2-The second application is an unlock key generator. ## Platform PocketPC 2003 and older devices.
